Paisano Sausage Company founded in 1973 dedicated to making the finest authentic Italian sausage. After 35 years we are still making sausage the old fashioned way. Not only do we make our traditional Italian sausage, we also work in conjunction with several other sausage companies to produce their sausages. They trust us to manufacture their products with the same care with which we make our own products.
As a small company, with the most up to date equipment, we are able to oversee every processing step to insure the quality and consistency that our customers have come to expect from Paisano Sausage.
